I bought this tap a month ago and at the time it arrived it had the parts missing. After giving a call to customer support it got resolved and got the missing parts the next day. But, you need to care to send all the items once. Its hassles for customers like us. The quality of the product seems to be good, the styling of this tap is just right, the hot and cold signs are precise. No problems with the product itself.

Great if you have the tap hole in the middle of the sink directly opposite the plug hole. You can have the water flow to the side. We know someone who has a fixed mixer tap and plughole in the middle of a small sink and hits his head every time he bends down when as he washes his face! Or he has to stand to the side of the sink. Why don't people talk about this restriction on fixed mixer taps over plug holes?
