The Franke Zurich tap is good quality, as expected. It had a nose on the tap spout, which my customer required to fit a hose adapter. I changed the 15mm rigid copper tails for flexible tails, as I find they make a connection to existing pipework easier (other manufacturers are now supplying these). The tap was easy to fit, the washer was retained on the clamping plate, and the securing nut has a screwdriver slot and standard-size nut (unlike some). Manufacturers should standardise these components.
I installed this tap 18 months ago and it has behaved perfectly. The ceramic valves are smooth and easy to operate. My only comment to a would-be purchaser applies to all taps of this type (i.e. tall, swivelling) - make sure you order and fit the Tap Brace Kit if the tap is to be fitted to a stainless steel sink; this fits under the sink and stops the thin metal of the sink itself from flexing when you push on the nozzle of the tap to swivel it.
The mixer tap was of excellent quality and competitively priced and the item was delivered very quickly. Very pleased with the purchase.
Does the job with no frills or thrills.

Gary Asked :Are the two Flexi-tails half-inch or three eights?
If you require the size of the tailpipe where they attach to the tap, it is 12mm.
Phillip Asked :Does the Frankie Zurich Kitchen Sink Mixer tap come complete or do we need to purchase a flexi hose and tap brace as customers on other web sites have mentioned? If so, please advise the additional cost.
The flexi hose is included in the price and comes with the tap. A tap brace is an option which can be purchased separately.
Robert Asked :Does the Franke Zurich tap have a swivel spout?
The sink mixer tap does come with a swivel spout. It rotates 180 degrees.
