Flova Gloria Chrome Concealed Toilet Roll Holder

Having just revamped the en-suite with new tiles, I decided that a sunken toilet holder was just the thing to finish it off and bought the Flova Gloria. QS supplies were the cheapest place (including delivery) I could find, and delivery was quickly and safely. I was somewhat nervous about cutting into new tiles but drew around the 'box', drilled a row of holes all the way round, and trimmed them up with a tile cutting disc in my angle grinder. The 'box' fits into the hole, and the outside lip conceals the cuts, so it doesn't have to be perfect. It's secured through 2 holes in the back; the fitting wasn't straightforward as my wall is two plasterboards with cardboard stiffeners in between and was precisely the same width as the box is deep-I already knew this as Id measured up beforehand, and behind is the airing cupboard, so trimmed a spare piece of plasterboard to suit and covered the hole inside the closet. How does it work? Well, the toilet roll is held in place by two spring-loaded flaps, so you push the whole toilet roll straight in, which makes the flaps back to the sides. When the centre of the roll arrives, they spring out and hold it in place; when the registration is empty, you have to push the tube in and twist it around to pull it out (if that makes sense). niggles? Well, some toilet rolls are a bit big and foul the bottom, so don't rotate too well until a bit has been used. The flat bottom of the 'box' is a bit of a dust trap, but it works well and looks good. Would I buy it again-yes
