Specifically bought this tap as it comes with 12mm copper tails, as I was bothered about fitting to a low pressure system. Works really well with plenty od water from Hot tap - 5Ltr per min. Wonderfully smooth tap and swivel spout action. Would recommend to anyone.

How do I identify the model of my tap? It looks like a Gloiana swivel or a Valais. Can the ceramic filters be cleaned?

The ceramic cartridges in the Eiger tap can be cleaned; however, if grit or debris has damaged the tap, then cleaning them will not resolve any problems caused by such damage.
