Suitable for medium water pressure systems, it requires a minimum of 0.5 bar water pressure for best performance and suits all plumbing systems. Manufactured from the finest material, in a style that will always look current, it comes with five years guarantee against manufacturing flaws or faulty material.

Hi purchased the premier square thermostatic bar shower JTY386 but sadly started dripping slightly from inside the brass part on the left-hand side of the shower bar, the shower is around 5 weeks old and has taken chrome cap off an had a look but can’t see how I can repair this? Thanks

As your shower valve is new, please call the technical team on 01422 417110 to discuss the problem. The valve may require to be re-calibrated, so please ensure you are present with the valve.
