This simple yet elegant HIB Libra LED Magnifying Mirror is compatible with any style cloakroom or bathroom. It facilitates easy to use when applying makeup or shaving, by magnifying the reflection three times and extending 220 mm from the wall. This wall-mounted fixture comes with energy-efficient LED lights that can be folded against the wall when not in use. IP44 rated mirror has a presence that can't be missed and a comfortable diameter to project a bigger image.

I am very pleased with the quality of the mirror, but haven't had it fitted as yet. I don't think I will be disappointed . The only problem was that it was delivered to the wrong address and luckily they brought it to me. It was just carelessness on the part of the delivery company. Otherwise I am very happy.

Wanted a neat, illuminated mirror which looked good. This one is ideal and nice to have the light going on as you extend the mirror for use and then go out when it is folded up. Encourages people to fold it when not in use and avoids a small fiddly switch. The 3x magnification is more than enough.

We purchased this after seeing it displayed in Bathroom and Kitchen showroom. We were impressed with the design and build. With the on/off switch built into the design, when adjusting the bracket out and in from the wall.

Would the HIB eclipse & libra mirrors fit/operate in a 215mm wide x 135mm deep recess.

We have looked into this for you, and the Libra Mirror is too big it would fit it the 215mm wide x 135mm deep recess, regarding the Eclipse mirror it would just about fit in that 215mm wide x 135mm deep recess. I hope this helps.

Why is it only rated for zone 2 when it is IP44? I understood IP44 could be installed in zone 1 or 2 but not Zone O. So, I don't understand why some products are zone 1 or 2 but still have the same rating of IP44?

Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that all HIB products which are IP44 rated can be installed into zone 1 or 2, the only difference is, if it were to be installed into zone 1, then this would have to be wired onto a different circuit altogether and be protected by a 30 MA RCD.
