we were after a compact raised-height loo, and this seemed to fit the bill. we are very pleased with the product overall and have no problems with it now it's installed. But the base of the pedestal was not well finished and did not sit even or level on our floor tiles. There were quite a few ceramic bumps and lumps on the bottom. Our plumber had to spend grinding them off. Apart from that, it's fine.

This WC set was the only one I could find that would match precisely with a Saniplus macerator unit. QS delivered it promptly, it arrived in perfect condition and whilst it has yet to be fitted I can see no reason why it should not work satisfactorily.
