How do you remove the existing one? I need to replace it as the old one broke. I cannot figure out how to take it off. I do not have a metal button as the toilet seat is an older model. It is supposed to be Ideal Standard Concept E791801.

The E791801 seat should just pull off. Once you have the seat and cover upright, you can pull them off.

The manufacturer does not have dimensions for any of Ideal Standard seats and covers as each seat and cover is specific to the range, e.g. Concept. The code you have stated is a Concept seat and cover which will fit Ideal Standard Concept WC pan.

Ideal Standard Studio-Concept Soft-Close WC Toilet Seat And Cover E791701 Hi, are the fixings for E791701 (i.e. not the standard close version) top fitting. That is, can they be fitted with access only to the top side of the pan? Thanks.
