Very disappointed in how quick the stainless steel fittings have tarnished; we bought this item in April / May, so not that long, and it's not in a steamy bathroom.

The Ideal Standard Space Toilet Seat and Cover (E709101) are compatible with the toilet's Space range. It is not recommended to fit this seat and cover to any other toilet pan as it would not be a suitable fit.

I have the Ideal Standard Space Toilet, which was purchased in the year 2002 - do you have a photo of the hinge fixings on these toilet seats? I need to check the same before ordering.

Unfortunately, the hinges are unsuitable for a 2002 seat, as the hinges were changed in September 2003.
