This item is very stylish but has design fault for us that the shower is on the same knob as the bath; we have this in a bathroom and Not a wetroom, so the knob is easily switched over to the shower not realising, where you get a face full of water or a flood on the floor Not enough switch between the two. For us, the knob/switch that controls the hot/cold should be where the water comes in and the separate switch to decide the bath or shower. This tap has given us many disasters from floods on the floor because of the controls' design. The quality of the and style is unquestionable. It’s the use that’s a problem

To whom it may concern, We have purchased this floor-standing bath mixer (Kai Lever thermostatic bath shower mixer with the kit -KL418TFC), and it seems wobbly after installation. Where can I get more information on the proper installation, or is there a specification sheet with drawings that explain why this may be wobbly?
