Hi, I would be interested in installing this in a basement, so no extra points are needed for an artistic impression on a mask etc. My question is: would this be feasible to install using only the standard set of legs? (+/- mimicking a freestanding installation). Would this setup be stable enough?

The Saniform bath model 374 is stable installing on the leg set model 5030; the underside of the bath is not in finished white enamel; you would need to consider this before installing, as you mentioned.
