Melanie Asked :Hi, I wondered what the distance is between the base of the 'legs' of the tap (where it sits on the bath) and to the outsides of the 'legs' please? I have a bath with two tap centres 190mm apart, and I want to work out if the base of the 'legs' will cover the gap.
Thank you for your enquiry. The measurement from the outside of the pillars is 230mm; please note that the bath will need to accommodate pipe centres of 180mm. I hope this helps.
Desmond Asked :Is this hi-pressure so the flow from our roof tank 35 feet up in the roof can deliver the flow for a shower and bath filling we are used to in the bathroom on the ground floor, or will the thermostat slow the flow a great deal? Thanks for your attention.
Answered By Deva The Dynamic pillar mounted thermostatic bath shower mixer (DYN106) is a high pressure product. it has a minimum working pressure requirement of 1 Bar. This would roughly equate to a 10 meter drop in height from the bottom of the cold water header tank to the position of the handset on the wall.
At this pressure you can expect around 15 Litres per Minute though the bath filler.
