Unfortunately we had a problem with this item - it had a faulty part inside, but it was replaced for us free of charge so we're happy that the item is now problem free. Initially we had to take the item apart and put it back together again to get it to work, but everything seems to be ok now the faulty part has been replaced

Had to take it apart and put it together again to get it to work properly! It hadn't been put together properly-luckily I have a 'handy' man that was able to put it together correctly
