Hi, we need some advice. We have fitted our taps, and it is not possible to remove them. I made a mistake in purchasing a tap with valves that suit low-pressure water. Is there a valve we can fit that will suit high pressure, as we can't use the tap at the moment? This is the tap we purchased from you. There isn't a cartridge for high pressure that can be put into K BAS C. The pressure needs to be within 0.2 bar - 5 bar. You may be able to reduce the water pressure at the isolation point, but please be aware that the hot and cold need equal pressure.
