Looking for classic-looking, easy-to-operate bath and basin taps, I saw them advertised on the QS site at a cheap price and purchased them. A good site to navigate, with detailed specifications for each of the items, which helped to ensure they would fit the required areas. Much cheaper than my usual source (Screw-fix) on the basin mixer, which clinched the order. The only negative was a confusing delivery option, which meant I paid twice for essentially one delivery. Still unsure if delivery should be per item or for the overall order. However, delivery was swift, and an efficient courier service meant no missed delivery! Items were very well packaged (almost TOO well packaged!!) but arrived in top condition. Too soon to comment on reliability, but they were easy to fit and nice to see 'proper brass fittings' used!
