The Bristan Value Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap (VAL2 WMSNK C) tap has an open-ended spout and does not have an aerator or anti-splash feature.

Is there any tolerance in the 200mm pipework centres?

There is maybe room for 1mm on either side but nothing too much more than that, I'm afraid. It will also depend on how rigid your pipework is.

Can this tap be used on an unbalanced system, with hot water from the roof tank and cold water mains fed?

The Value Wall Mounted Bridge Sink Mixer is suitable for all plumbing systems; balanced systems are preferable. If installing on an unbalanced system, we suggest installing check valves to balance pressures.
