Flexible Tail Pipes

Flexible Tails, or "Flexi" Tails, are one of the easiest methods to connect the plumbing pipework to the tap fitting. Mixers generally have two tails, one for the hot water supply and the other for the cold. These tailpipes consist of rubber inside a braided metal and come in many sizes.

Quarter Turn

Operating these taps is almost effortless; it can be turned on and off by rotating the lever at 90 degrees. These taps have such low friction that they are perfect for people with arthritis, weak grip, the elderly and the young.

Adobe Hesta pullout rinse tap. Please, could you tell me how far the hose reaches? I don't have cisterns and want to ensure I can maintain a WRAS compliant air gap in the kitchen sink with this tap.

The tap once fitted with the lead weight allows 300mm of hose to extend out, giving good guidance back into the sink. This could be extended by moving the lead weight, but the retraction would be poor as the lead weight would be less effective.
