The quality is excellent and looks in place alongside other Holborn traditional style fittings, adding a little to the downstairs WC. Very pleased with the aesthetic and quality. Little expensive, but glad I spent the extra to finish the look.

Can this be fitted so the bottle is to the left instead of the right?

The dispenser on the AHOSDIC will need to sit to the right-hand side as if the bracket is flipped to allow it to sit on the left; the fixing grub screw will be visible.
