An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called 'without-overflow' and will need a compatible drain.

The 030550000 is wall-mounted, to begin with, the pedestals are not weight-bearing. All you need to do is exchange the waste over to a design siphon if you are mounting without a pedestal.
