Horizontal Outlet

When the pan has piping at the back, inside the wall, it is called a horizontal outlet toilet or pan. As the cisterns are concealed or placed against the wall, most plumbing is hidden out of sight.

Product arrived on date specified by QS. QS were helpful throughout the purchase. Very pleased with toilet, our last one did not flush very well but this one is excellent and there are no indentations that are awkward to clean. A 5* product.

We need a change and have had Twyford in the past, but I really like this toilet. Can you tell if it needs a couple of flushes if the toilet is full and if it's easy to clean near the seat's hinges?

Answered By eilttn It was easy to install and clean. Re flushing, make sure your cistern is big enough and then you will not have any problems.

Answered By Tim Hi Its a good product - make sure you get the soft close toilet seat lid. Yes its easy to clean. How well it flushes depends partly on the cistern you have. I dont know which one we have (plumber supplied it) but ours works very well and we never have to flush twice however much there is to flush away.

Answered By Mike Easy to clean. The effectiveness of flushing will depend on the cistern... Modern ones are so much smaller that it can take a couple of goes.
