The 1810 Company Zentrio Bowl Kitchen Sink is as attractive as it is functional and offers versatility and convenience in the kitchen. It has a chic, straight cut, 2.5 bowl design that is ideal for creating a seamless fit when used as an under-mount, flush or inset installation. The solid 1.2mm stainless steel construction gives it strength as well as the ability to withstand the rigours of daily use. It is supplied with a 3 ½" basket strainer waste and overflow and a maximiser plumbing kit. It is treated with patented Insusound® on the underside which is a protective, a sound insulator and retains heat for faster cleaning.

Insusound Coating

The 1810 Company’s sinks are treated on the underside with a protective powder coating called Insusound. It helps retain the heat of the water, and if you fit a waste disposal unit, it will also help

CE Certified Sink

All 1810 kitchen sinks are manufactured to the highest standard and are built to comply with Construction Products Directive (89 / 106 / EEC). These sinks are CE certified and tested to BS EN 13310: 2003 / BS EN 13310: 2015 standard.

With / Without Overflow

An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called 'without-overflow' and will need a compatible drain.

Stainless Steel Material

Stainless Steel is an iron alloy with anti-rust and anti-corrosive properties, unlike iron. Along with other metal alloys, it contains a minimum of 10.5% of chromium and less than 1.2% of carbon. This robust, hygienic, hard-wearing base material is popular in the construction of bathroom products.

Inset Sink

Inset sink units can be installed above the worktop - typically used with plastic worktops fixed with a clamping plate as a support material and a seal fitted underneath the sink flange to prevent water from getting under and dripping into the kitchen unit.

I was checking if you can fit this sink with 40mm standard laminate worktops.

As far as we know, there are no problems with installing the sink with laminate worktops. We always recommend you speak with a qualified kitchen fitter/installer regarding any concerns/ queries, as we cannot give any installation advice.
