Would I be able to swap out for the showerhead itself? Would it be compatible with the 300mm Bristan traditional fixed shower head?

You can use an alternative fixed head from our range, as the connection size would be the same.

What is the riser pipe diameter?

The rail for the TRD RISE C diameter is 19mm. However, the connection at the bottom of the rail uses a 19mm-15mm adaptor.

I only have 850mm above the shower valve in which to fit this riser. Is it possible to shorten the tube? If not, do you sell any similar risers that will fit the Bristan 1901 valve I bought from you?

We have spoken with Bristan advanced technical coach who has advised that the ridged riser with the product code TRD RISE C can be cut to size.
