Can you please explain the difference between the Midas 110 and 220?

The difference between the Midas 110 and Midas 220 is that the 220 shower comes with a higher-ranged head kit, which includes a smooth hose and a different shower head, in addition to metal dials on the bar valve, whereas the 110 has a metal hose with plastic dials.
