These look really good and are great value for money as with all the H&R Products. We fitted the black lever handled ones the instructions are a little vague but if you are an experienced DIY 0r Plumber it's easy enough.

Neilson Asked :Does it require access to the backside of the wall they are fitted to - in order to clamp up the fittings? Or can the plumbing be prepped with the fittings behind the tiles, with the final assembly being totally from the bath side of the wall? Also, please confirm the maximum thickness of the wall the fittings will work with.
No, rear access is not required as they are fit from the front. The maximum thickness is 15-20mm.
peter Asked :Already have ceramic wall-mounted bath taps approx 10 years old that are now looking tired and scratched with being cleaned in a hard water area, so the brass fittings are already in place at the rear of the service wall. Will the Hudson Reed wall taps and spout be a simple retrofit onto the current brass fittings? Do you have the basic dimensions/drawing that will allow me to assess? KR Peter Finnie
