Hi, my adjuster that holds the shower head on rail has come loose, how can I tighten it up, the side that holds shower head has a screw, but it's the other side that is loose, and I can't see how to adjust it?

We have had a look at the model you have installed, and although I’m sure that the pipe covers the screw, we would not like to advise you remove it as it may damage the chrome. Would you be able to provide us with proof of purchase for the product, as, if it is within the warranty period, we would be happy to send out a replacement slider for you?
