Our cistern was delivered on time, the packaging was in perfect condition and was easy to install. QS Supplies have the widest range, and I've found all the parts I've needed for various tasks whether small parts or complete. The first place I go for plumbing parts.
It did exactly what I needed it to do. The guys were great at clarifying the spec, as it wasn’t clear from the picture. Good price. Delivery on time, what’s not to like? Highly recommend QS.

Sev Asked :Can you confirm if this cistern can be used with an existing Geberit dual flush button? The description is confusing in that it says the cistern is for single flush only, but then dual buttons are offered, and the technical specification says single or dual.
The Geberit cistern is suitable for a single flush (6 Litres) only.
Alan Asked :We are looking for a direct replacement for 109.724.21.2 which is 'Geberit Low-Height Furniture Dual Flush Cistern With Remote Flush Button'. The description for this unit says 'Suitable for single flush (6 litres) only' but there is an option to include a dual flush button in various finishes. Is this a single or dual flush cistern?
The direct replacement for 109.724.21.2 is the product code QS-V93518. This one comes without the button, you can order the button separately and you can use either a single or dual flush pneumatic button.
Harry Asked :I’m looking for a replacement for the Geberit 109.720.00.1. Is this the new version of the cistern?
Part number (109.720.00.1) is the Low-Height Cistern; this is the latest version of this type of cistern.
Ron Asked :I understand from Geberit that the external connection to the flush bend now uses a nut to fasten the pipe to the cistern, but the picture on your website, which says it is MFC Code 109.721.00.2, and the associated "installation manual" seems to show the old push-fit/split-ring connection. This was the method used on the older 109.721.00.1 cisterns. Can you please confirm that what you supply will have the latest nut-fixing method?
We can confirm the low-height furniture cistern was revised last year and now comes with a nut to help fasten the flush pipe into the cistern and be used in conjunction with the holding bracket. Click here to download the installation instructions PDF file.
