The Geberit Omega20 212 x 142mm Flush Plate is supplied with a mounting frame, fastening material, 2 distance bolts and 2 actuator rods. Featuring tool-free, remarkably fast adjustment and designed with sound-absorbing actuator rods included; this unit is both incredibly easy and quiet to use and is sure to last through use after use. Available with top or front actuation, this product is created for use with Geberit Omega concealed cisterns and requires an actuation force of only 20N for proper functionality.

I'm looking for a replacement flush plate, Geberit Omega 20 chrome plate, as one of the plastic legs on the large button has cracked on my existing one. You appear to have it on your website, but it also includes a replacement mechanism. I just need the plate. Do you sell it separately? [the plate is 21.3mm x 14.3].
