We love this tap, it is so easy to use and maintain too. Gives us a good separation from the drinking water. If you've just used hot water and want drinking water, you don't have to wait for it to cool. I love this and would buy from here again.

Where is the filter situated? Does it come with a filter? What is the price of the filter? How often do you have to change the filter on average?

The filter is situated under the sink. The filter comes with the tap. You have to change the filter every six months.

Hi, we installed our tap (Bristan Gallery Pure Chrome Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap With Filter) a year ago and recently struggled to push the button to release filtered water. It looks like a scale build-up between the top valve. Is there any instruction on removing the top push button to check into the valve itself? I saw an alan bolt holding all top assembly but cannot get access from there into the valve. Could you help on this matter, or maybe there is more like a drawing to see the cross-section?
