Hi there, We bought a QS-V90563 VitrA-Zentrum-610mm-Rim-Ex-Open-Back-Close-Coupled-WC-Pan-With-Cistern some months ago, and the double flush system is not working as intended, pressing the button in the two areas activate the same flush (long). I had a look at the instruction manual enclosed with the toilet, but it is pretty scarce with information.
