With / Without Overflow

With / Without Overflow

An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called 'without-overflow' and will need a compatible drain.

A front bath panel is a decorative accessory that is used to cover the front-facing side of a bathtub for a neat and polished look. It also conceals plumbing and framework and comes in different sizes, textures and materials.

Paul Asked :

Are the tap holes to be drilled out on the same side as the waste?

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

Yes, the taps are to be drilled above the waste/overflow holes; the bath's rim is not wide enough at any other point.
