Can the flush valve be replaced using the original bottom bracket?

The flush valve fitted into the cradle is a factory set, so you don’t have to remove it when replacing it. You need to unscrew the top half and screw it into the cradle.

We had a Vortex concealed cistern installed in 2012. Can you tell us how to take the cover off to alter the cistern's water height?

The blue cover will have two clips at the front and can be removed by pulling away from the cistern.
