I spent ages searching for this tap online and I wasn't disappointed when it arrived. It is solidly made and a beautiful shape. I haven't plumbed it in yet but I have tried it against my new basin and it looks perfect. Delivery was prompt and nothing was damaged . I would have ordered the basin from QS but the delivery charges were rather high, so I just got the tap as it was free delivery. I have had a fantastic bath from QS recently and that was also excellent quality. They were also helpful when I rang with a query.

I have now refurbished three bathrooms and used varsity taps in all three. They are lovely looking taps. I have bought online and been able to secure competitive prices. Recently when two washers were missing I called customer services and was very pleased with the speed and efficiency of replacing them. Can't ask for more.
