Ross Asked :

Are the valves for this radiator fitted underneath the rad or at the back? My feed pipes are vertical from the floor, so what configuration of valve do you recommend?

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

Valves are fitted at the end of the radiator. Please see the attached photograph for reference. Regarding the configuration of the valve, your plumber should be able to advise you by taking into consideration the exact feed of the water pipe in your house.

Reina Serpe 500mm Wide Steel Designer Radiator! The installation instructions mention that the element can be fitted to either end, if this is the case, then the element will be on top. Thanks, Nige

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

Unfortunately, the element is only able to be installed at the bottom of this radiator.
