Geberit Duofix 500 x 1120mm Washbasin Frame Blue is made from steel and plastic and will help you give a modern touch to your cistern. Ideal for drywall construction, the frame is a self supporting unit with powder coated finish for attractive aesthetics. Simple, yet practical, it comes with all features needed for supporting a wall-hung bidet or wall-hung toilets, which are available for purchase separately if needed. Suitable for drywall installation, it includes wall anchors, angle stop valves, elbow tap connectors, sealing washers, protection plugs and Fastening material.

Answered By Donald This Item is for a wall hanging sink, designed to be built into a stud wall to support sink unit, I do not think a counter top basin needs any extra support. The floating shelf would need to be built into wall or bracketed to carry the weight. I hope this helps you.

Answered By paul Unless the basin fixes to the top fixings I do not think it would be suitable. It needs to be a direct wall mounted basin as it is designed to take that weight by supporting the basin fixings.
