We have purchased several Reginox sinks from QS over the past few years when installing kitchens for ourselves and our daughters. The QS range of sinks is excellent both for value for money and quality. We cannot tell the difference (if any) with the comparable Franke sinks at a significantly higher price. However, the quality of service depends not only on the range and price (excellent and very competitive respectively from QS Supplies) but also on the aftercare and customer service. Our experience: We installed a Reginox sink in our holiday home in France; having brought it out from the UK, we noticed a flaw after a short while. The QS customer service team were extremely patient and helpful in guiding us through the process of logging the problem and ultimately replacing the sink with a new one. At every stage, they were supportive and incredibly patient. They explained exactly what was needed, allowing us all we needed (including waiting for us to return to our French house) to provide pictures and other information they needed to process our problem. Within 48 hours of them having all the information, they provided us with a new replacement sink, which we have now installed. As noted above, I believe the quality of a company should not only be measured by when things go well and by how a company responds if there is a problem. In our experience, QS supplies have been exemplary, and as such, we have no hesitation in recommending them. QS supplies look after their customers and recognise the value of customer service.
This is the third one I have bought, each when fitting a new kitchen. They are excellent quality and well made; I have yet to fit one and am disappointed. The 1.0 bowl (always the one I have purchased) gives a very large bowl that is much more functional (larger) than the 1.5 bowl option. The smallest base unit I have fitted it into is an 800mm base, and the largest is a 1000mm base. If fitting into the 1000mm base, take out the base's centre cross strut; otherwise, fitting sink overflow is very "challenging". This (in my experience) does NOT affect the structural integrity of the base unit. You have no choice but to remove the cross strut using an 800mm or 900mm base unit. Overall: excellent value for the price, and I can't tell the difference between it and my daughter's seemingly identical Franke sink. I am happy to recommend this sink and this seller.
Beautiful sink, huge drainer along with a large bowl. Did arrive with a few marks, when I contacted customer services they told me to purchase a ceramic rubber and try to remove them...I did give this a go, spent what seemed like forever rubbing away at these marks, they have reduced but still show slightly. As the sink had been fitted by the I noticed the marks I was not able to return. I am very careful now when using it, as it obviously marks super easily. Does look lovely, but be aware it needs treating with care
We were having a extension built so where looking to save costs where possible. We found the sink we linked on another website and then went to hunt down for a cheaper price. Qs supplies was the best after a long search. We ended up buying two with on for the kitchen and one for the utility room. Great price and great service. Would highly recommend them.
Lovely large sink. Very hardy and a (hopefully) a forever sink. Sparkles up beautifully. I can’t fault it at all. I initially didn’t want a plastic bowl inside this but ended up getting one as there’s no mercy if a plate slips out of your hand in the suds. Good communication about delivery and arrived as stated (in lockdown)
First product. Its size made it an ideal replacement, saving significant actions to the working surface. It is heavy robust and will last for years. I am incredibly pleased with the purchase.
After trawling the internet for a sink of decent quality and at a decent price, I came across this one. It exceeded my expectations, it looks amazing, and at a great price.
Great customer service and fast delivery! Best price around as well :)
Very good very nice proportions and quality
Excellent sink. Made to last.
