Having to replace a Laufen Pro toilet seat, I was looking for a more cost-effective native. The Tavistock Delta looked comparable and almost 1/3 of the cost on the QS website to the Laufen Pro one. Making sure the seat would fit was easy enough, as the dimensions are shown on the site. On delivery, I discovered that part of the seat was damaged, clearly being done in transit. I followed the returns instructions, which were clear to follow, and once it had been returned, QS dispatched another one. The fitting instructions were simple to follow, and it seems to be a good replacement for the original. The soft close is perfect and is quite slow to close, and so far pleased with my choice.

The toilet seat itself does everything it says on the tin. It is of good quality and operates well. Customer services are very helpful. When I received the product initially, it was substantially damaged, a product collection was arranged so a replacement could be organised. The only annoying thing about the returns process is the fact the product needs to be returned prior to a replacement being sent, which meant I had to live with a wobbly toilet seat for a lot longer. When the replacement was received, I was a little apprehensive given the state of the box but this one was undamaged, fortunately. I would suggest that better packaging (or courier) would be useful.

I purchased this toilet seat a few months ago because our existing one just appeared to go yellowish around the inner rim. Our cleanliness is second to none, so I don't know why this happened. This new toilet seat is as Presteigne as the day I bought it. Full Marks.
