Hi, I think the acrylic bath I have may be thicker than 10mm, what size of bolt/ferrule screw would I need to fix in the E357 pop-up waste?

There is no size for the screw. Please take your screw to a plumbers merchant to get a longer screw. The E357 is not for thicker baths, but the EA329 is for thicker baths QS-V22161.
