Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

Reversible Design

It is a design which allows the product to be fitted either to the right or left, depending on the dimensions of your space.

Firstly, I have no problem with the ordering process and the email information provided at the time. Secondly, I am very pleased with the product. The installation is straightforward. The delivery process was, however, somewhat less than what I expected. 1. after ten days, I had not heard from you either by phone or email about the anticipated delivery date. 2. having telephoned you at this time, I was told the item had been delivered, but it had not. 3. you told me you would look into it and ring me back 4. you did not ring me back but sent an email with delivery anticipated in 2-3 days - no exact date given. 5. your delivery carrier then turned up without any prior notification. 6. your delivery process says- " Your order number is QS-941823 . As soon as your items are ready to dispatch, we will email you the shipping details, which will include Tracking Number and Carrier Company details". 7. We were not advised of the exact delivery date and time. 8. consequently, we were not at home. 9. My next-door neighbour (who is in his 80's) struggled to get it into his Garage, the item being fixed on a pallet and quite heavy. 10. My wife and the neighbour subsequently struggled to get it from his garage to my house! Overall, whilst I'm pleased with the product - the delivery process leaves much to be desired.

good screen, although heavy I managed to install on my own.the bottom seal does not seal correctly, I am on my second seal but this does not seal properly in the corner.

Does the basic version (fixed panel) swing in and out from the wall, or is it completely fixed?

Since the Nuie bath screen is barrel-hinged, it will swing both inwards and outwards.

How many fixing points does the shower screen have on the vertical (hinge) side? We are tiling everything to understand whether we can change this for a new one without ruining the tiling in the future.
