Richard Asked :My Grohe flush plate has two tubes attached at the back of the plate. Does this flush plate have the same arrangement, or can you supply an equivalent model?
Your current flush plate, which connects to the flush valve with 2x air tubes, is an older Grohe flush plate. All the current models, both single and dual flush, connect with a 1x air tube.
Rachel Asked :Can flush plates be used with any concealed cisterns?
This would be dependent on the cistern in-wall. It will need to have an air-operated flush valve on a single hose.
Bill Asked :Grohe Skate Plate: What is the difference between a vertical plate and a horizontal one? I have Grohe frames for wall-hung toilets. Is it a matter of choice, or is there something in the frame that determines this? I am looking to buy 7 hence my question. QS-V47669 or QS-V57650? Trying to decide between these two part numbers. Would like to buy a mix and then fix depending on the bathroom?
The only difference is installation (vertical/horizontal).
Rachel Asked :Hello, I have a Viega Eco plus cistern, but I do not like the flush plate that has come with it. Am I able to use this flush plate instead? Or any other flush plate?
Unfortunately, only Grohe cisterns will work with Grohe flush plates.
Jim Asked :Does this plate work with the Grohe Adagio dual flush concealed cistern?
The dual flush Adagio is a cable-operated system, and the 38858000 is a pneumatic dual flush plate. Unfortunately, the two are not compatible.
Trevor Asked :Is this flush plate suitable to fit into a furniture panel?
