The HIB Air 50 Rectangular Steam Free LED Mirror features cool white illumination that easily lights up the space around it during use. Complete with a demister pad that keeps the mirror from fogging up in any way; this product can be hung in either a portrait or landscape configuration and is suitable for installation within any modern or traditional bathroom layout, anywhere. Offering a slim profile as well as a wave switch, this unit is made to fit in beautifully to any style of decor surrounding it.

Demister/Heated Pad

It is a small appliance to heat a portion of your mirror. It prevents steam and condensation from collecting on the surface, making it no longer necessary to wipe the mirror after a hot shower/bath.

IP44 Rated

An Ingress Protection (IP) Rating is code manufacturers use to indicate how well a product is protected against water and solid particles like dust. Landscape

Portrait orientation is the one in which the longer sides of the mirror are vertical. It looks like the orientation in a portrait, or a photograph of a person and hence the name. Typically this kind of mirror is taller than it is wide, just like real life pictures of people.

I ordered this after giving the local company, where I had seen the mirror, the chance to match the price, which they could not by saying my price wasn’t much more than what they pay to their supplier. Fairly straightforward to fit, although there are no measurements for fixings given. The mirror is well made, and the LED is hidden behind the mirror glass edges, which is better than the ones I have seen with separate LEDs around the edges. I find the illumination is fine, although it does show up a bit too much detail at my age. A bit pricey but worth it.
