Sadly, we needed to replace our toilet seat, as the original was taken out by the mother-in-law’s backside. This would have been repairable had she not had the father-in-law’s help and somehow managed to flush one of the fittings away. Anyway, the replacement was delivered very quickly and at a good price. It’s exactly the right one, this website made it quite easy to measure and make sure you were ordering the correct item (obviously, there’s about 20 different and very similar-sized seats). Would order again, but hopefully under different circumstances.
