Richard Asked :My waste pipe comes up through the floor and is adjacent to the wall. Will it work with this kind of arrangement? I don’t want a flexible pipe joining it up, ideally.
With the RIV10 pan, you can have a pipe go either straight through the wall or the floor. If you need the pipe to turn along the wall, you would need the open-backed RIV9 pan. The cistern and seat remain the same.
Victoria Asked :Does this pan require a ceramic connector or can you use a plastic connector for waste?
Using a plastic connector with Burlington Riviera Pan is completely acceptable. The design and installation method ensure that the fitting will be concealed, so aesthetic concerns related to the visibility of the plastic connector are not an issue.
Rosie Asked :Hello, I am looking to purchase this but wondered if it comes with a handle for flushing it or if this needs to be purchased/can one choose this?
The product comes with a chrome cistern flush lever as standard. Still, if you prefer to change these to Gold or Nickel, you can add one from the options given in the "Customise Your Product" section.
Steve Asked :Has the pan got a horizontal outlet?
Yes, It has a Horizontal outlet with a 180mm centre from the floor.
Alan Asked :I am looking to purchase the Burlington Riveria Back to Wall Close Coupled toilet - product code QS-V101452, but I need to know the height of the exit waste up from the floor (so that I can ensure I drill the hole for it through the wall to the correct height).
The measurement from the floor to the middle of the outlet is 180mm.
