Can you tell me the clearance required for the lever when it is pushed fully back (clockwise) to allow maximum water flow? My window ledge is between 230mm and 250mm above the work surface, and I have 500mm clearance there but a 700mm clearance everywhere else. I hope this makes sense.

The PIL20CP is a cold start tap. You would pull it to the side to start the flow of the water and pull it forward for the hot flow. It does not push back.
