Hi, What’s the shortest size the flush pipe can be cut to? (Pipe centre to the underside of the cistern)

For the Conceala cistern, you would need to know what pan you are using it with, as that will determine the height the cistern will be at; then, if required, cut the flush pipe. If it is a back-to-wall or wall-mounted pan from the Conceala range, see Conceala installation instructions.
