When using the all-flow, will the amount of water that comes out of each output be reduced to half the amount when diverted to a single output?

Please have a look at the attached flow performance chart for this mixer. The combined flow rate of both outlets is not twice the individual rates, so you will see a flow reduction when using both at once, not quite 50 percent but not much less than that.
