Does the Silverdale Flush pipe kit come with the fixing brackets and the top connector piece that connects to the cistern? Items are shown in the image, but unclear what is in the kit.

The high-level flush pipe is supplied with everything, as shown in the attached image plus the ceramic pattress that goes behind the pipe.
