This product features advanced hinges or rollers that allow it to open and close slowly and gently.

Fireclay

It is incredibly hard-wearing and has an everlasting shiny surface. They have a high heat resistance (1600°C) and are chemical resistant, non-porous, and hygienic.

With / Without Overflow

An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called 'without-overflow' and will need a compatible drain.

BS EN 14688 Standard

It is a European Standard relating to sanitary appliances. BS EN 14688 specifies the functional features and test methods for domestic use washbasins. The standard provides the requirements of characteristics and test methods for basin manufacture, performance, and safety.

Melamine Faced Chipboard

Melamine Faced Chipboard or MFC is a type of engineered wood with a smooth surface. It is made using wood chips, then formed into particle board using heat and pressure and bonded to melamine resin impregnated paper. The Melamine layer makes it waterproof, and helps resist scratches, and increases the aesthetics. It is cheaper than MDF or Medium Density Fiberboard.
