Now that the taps have been fitted they look great. The last time I had new taps was when I moved into my present house 24 years ago so I think I was due some new ones. If these ones last as long I will be very happy. Thanks for a swift service and quality product.

Excellent choice, delivery on time, easy to fit, and working very well. Much better than the Bristan tap it replaced. The price was good. Only a few people think of fitting a dual-flow tap, but on gravity-fed hot water, it's desirable.

There are so many difficulties finding dual-flow taps. It is needed when you have a foam-covered hot water cylinder and you want a tap in the kitchen. This one works. I am a plumber.

Hi, Is this a DUAL FLOW tap - i.e. the hot and cold do not mix until exiting the spout, not in the body? In other words, there are separate tubes in the spout. The description is not clear.
