Can you let me know if this try has to be fitted with a frame or if it can be installed on a sharp sand & cement bed? Also, will this tray be suitable for use in a disabled bathroom with a wheelchair?

Yes, this tray is suitable for a wheelchair user, although bear in mind the waste is in the middle. Bedding on sand and cement is not recommended, as the cement is corrosive. You can install directly onto marine ply using low expanding foam to support the tray. Please find the instructions attached based on that method.
