I am in the process of refurbishing my bathroom and will be ordering most of the fittings from QS Supplies. Can you help me with some advice? I want to order the Kaldewei Ambiente Duschplan 750 x 1000 x 65mm Steel Shower Tray White, and I understand that I need the Kaldewei Foot Frame that includes extra central support. I believe that the Model number is 545-2 and not the Foot Frame 5300, which is shown as Option-36898 on your page for the shower tray. I've tried to find the Model number 545-2 on your site but without success. Help please, as this is holding up completion of my order. Regards, Peter Harvey

Model No of Shower tray is 416-1. Whereas the FR 5300 Foot frame (1200 x 1200mm) shown in option (OP-36898) is also correct. This product does not require any correction. The MFC of this Frame is 530000130000.

I am interested in your Kaldewei Ambiente Duschplan 750 x 1000 x 65mm Steel Shower Tray White? Apart from the Kaldewei "foot frame" do I need any other support or cement bedding for the shower tray. I would fit the shower tray in my ground floor (cement screed floor) bathroom. Many Thanks Peter Harvey

KALDEWEI would recommend on any trays larger than 900 x 900 to use some additional support to allow for less flex of the tray within the recess of the underneath of the tray. You may wish to either use expanding foam or a central support system such as the MAS Central support- part code 6880 7653 0000
